Two-step IHC Polymer-based detection kits

wo-step polymer detection kits provide enhanced sensitivity and flexibility for immunohistochemistry (IHC) in rat tissues. They are ideal for detecting low-abundance antigens where background staining or limited signal can affect results.

Principle

The system uses a primary antibody (user-supplied) followed by a polymer-conjugated secondary antibody carrying multiple enzyme molecules (HRP or AP). This two-step amplification improves signal intensity while minimizing non-specific staining.
