Mix qPCR for probes without ROX
Mixes for quantitative PCR with probes without ROX are made for use with qPCR devices that do not require this internal reference dye for fluorescent signal normalization and correction of optical well-to-well variations.
The mix for probes consists of a Taq polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2. It is possible to add ROX dye to these mixes for use with qPCR devices requiring the presence of ROX.
