Description	Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase-IN-1 (ACC-IN-1) is an efficient inhibitor of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), with antibacterial activity, and can be applied in the study of metabolic diseases.
In vitro	Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase-IN-1 (0.012-25 μM) exhibits antibacterial activity in Escherichia coli with MIC values of >25, 3.13, 25, 0.39, 1.56, and 0.1 μM for WT, WT+ PMBN, ΔacrAB, ΔacrAB+PMBN, ΔtolC, and ΔtolC+ PMBN, respectively.[1]

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
